Fit Hart Run Training
Choose between 20 or 14 Week Programs
- 1 - 30 minute FaceTime or Phone call to go over health history, race history and race goals. *If located in Milwaukee/Waukesha area this can be scheduled in person.
- Custom tailored running program including strength training and cross training, assigned in four week periods - with a 30 minute follow up call.
- Weekly check in with coach to discuss training progress and make necessary adjustments
- Custom taper and pre race consultation based on your "goal" race ambition. *Scheduled two weeks prior to that race
- Race plan and workout adjustments made as needed by contacting coach
- Coach is available for daily support

Checking in will be a key component to our success as a team!
For organizational purposes you will be assigned a check in day based on your life and schedule.
Check in weekly so we can discuss your training progress.
Check ins promote accountability to your training program and goals.
*If you do not check-in your trainer can not make adjustments to your plan*
All payments will be drafted immediately upon sign up. Please allow 2 weeks for delivery of your custom training program from the time of your consultation.
